God intends prayer to be the means of obtaining His solutions in all situations; our teens are no exception! Becoming a Prayer Partner is an amazing opportunity for God to work not only in the lives of our teens and their families, but also in yours. Prayer Partners pray for our teens and their families in an effort to call on God to diminish strongholds, to break down walls, to overcome demonic barriers (Matthew 12:14-21), gain strength to overcome temptation (Matthew 26:41), to obtain the means of strengthening each other spiritually (Ephesians 6:18-19) and much more! Our Prayer Partners become the "Cheerleaders" for our teens. Some of our teens do not have "cheerleaders" at home and our program offers an opportunity for these teens to experience the love of Christ through you!
No matter where you are in your own personal walk with God, He will hear your prayers. You can make being a Prayer Partner a personal mission, a family endeavor, or even an action of faith for your small group.
Our Prayer Partner program is a year-long commitment. Because this is a serious commitment - if at any point you feel that you cannot hold to it, please let us know so that we can assign another Prayer Partner to your teen. As a Prayer Partner, you will be assigned a teen and his family for the program year (June - May). You will receive information about your teen so that you know specifically what to pray for. We have a blog www.followtheranch.org that allows for you to communicate to your teen and receive daily updates (during our W.A.R.) and monthly updates for the remainder of the year. We believe this process will not only help the teen and his family that you are praying for, but that it will also help you grow in your personal walk with Jesus Christ.
To sign up as a Prayer Partner, please fill out the form below. Someone will contact you shortly with more information and instructions on how to use the Blog. Thank you for your consideration in being the spiritual warriors for our teens!
I urge you first of all, to pray for all people. Ask God to help them, intercede on their behalf, and give thanks for them...This is good, and pleases God our Savior, who wants all people to be saved and to come to a knowledge of the truth.
